Solar Mentor did an outstanding job with the removal and installation of my solar panels. They were very knowledgeable and kept me updated on each step. Upon completion, I went on the roof to inspect the job and was very satisfied.

I had a difficult problem regarding my solar panels. My roof was leaking and in order to have it fixed I needed to have the panels removed, and then put back after the roof was replaced. I got no help from the company I was leasing the panels from. That's when I turned to Solar Mentor. I got Roni on the phone and explained the problem. Roni got back to me with a very reasonable price for the job. The timing was extremely important the panels had to be removed before the roof was replaced and then put back after the new roof was installed. Roni was always available either by text or phone. The job got done, and I am very happy with the results.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this solar company! Their technician was truly outstanding and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to me piece by piece and made sure I completely understood what was going on with my solar system.

What impressed me the most was his dedication. He remained in touch with me throughout the entire process and continued following up until everything was fixed and properly in place. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved.

It is very rare to receive this level of service. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Absolutely exceptional service from beginning to end. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had been searching for a solar company for months before deciding to move forward.
Then I found Ben from Solar Mentor, who offered a much better solution for my flat roof at a great price.
Their reviews were excellent, and now I understand why.
The crew was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
They left the work area clean and tidy.
I highly recommend Solar Mentor to anyone looking for a reliable solar company.

Highly recommend Solar Mentor! They delivered the best ROI and design aesthetics for our multi-family building. Ronnie navigated the NYSERDA process to secure loans that fully funded our project. Installation was fast and professional, with zero disruption to our property. We couldn't be happier with their expertise and service

Easy process, informed us about the federal loan that we weren't aware of and made it possible for us to make the purchase. Thank you!
